This document, the Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy), sets out the rules under which the website moscow-sun.ru of SUN OF MOSCOW LLC (hereinafter — the Operator) uses the personal information of the User that the Operator may obtain about the User while the User uses any of the Operator's websites, services, applications, programs, products or services, and in the course of the Operator's performance of any agreements and contracts with the User. The User's consent to the Policy, given within the scope of the User's relations with SUN OF MOSCOW LLC, extends to relations with Ferris Wheel Management Company LLC.

Use of the Operator's website constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and to the Personal Data Processing Rules published on the Operator's website at moscow-sun.ru. If the User does not agree with these terms, the User shall refrain from using the Operator's website.

1.1. Personal account — a section of the Site available only to authorised registered users of the Site and containing data about the user.

1.2. User — a visitor of the Site who uses it in order to obtain any information.

1.3. Site — the Operator's web resource published on the Internet at moscow-sun.ru.

1.4. Cookie — a small piece of text transmitted to the browser from the Site. It helps the Site remember information about the User: for example, the language in which the User prefers to view the Site, or data used to authenticate the User.

2.1. This Policy is an integral part of the Personal Data Processing Rules (hereinafter — the Rules) published and/or available on the Internet at moscow-sun.ru, as well as of other contracts concluded with the User where this is expressly provided for by their terms.

2.2. This Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of protection and processing of personal data, and applies to all personal data that the Operator may receive from the User who is a party to a civil law contract.

2.3. The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. When amendments are made, the date of the latest update of the version is stated in the heading of the Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the Operator's Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

2.4. The legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy, including the interpretation of its provisions and the procedure for its acceptance, performance, amendment and termination.

3.1. For the purposes of this Policy, personal information means:

3.1.1. Information provided by the User independently upon registration (creation of a Personal account) or in the course of using the Site, including the User's personal data, in particular:

• Surname
• First name
• Patronymic
• E-mail
• Telephone

3.1.2. Data transmitted automatically to the Site in the course of its use by means of the software installed on the User's device, including the IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program used to access the Site), technical characteristics of the hardware and software used by the User, the date and time of access to the Site, the addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.

3.1.3. Other information about the User whose processing is provided for by the terms of use of the Site.

3.2. This Policy applies only to information processed in the course of using the Site. The Operator does not control and is not liable for the processing of information by third-party websites which the User may visit via links available on the Site.

3.3. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and has no ability to assess the User's legal capacity.

4.1. Through the Site, the Operator collects and stores only such personal information as is necessary to provide services or to perform agreements and contracts with the User, except where the legislation provides for mandatory storage of personal information for a period established by law.

4.2. The Site processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:

4.2.1. Identification of a party within the framework of services, agreements and contracts.

4.2.2. Provision of personalised services to the User, as well as performance of agreements and contracts.

4.2.3. Sending notifications, requests and information concerning the use of the Site and the performance of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests and applications from the User.

4.2.4. Improving the quality of the Site and its ease of use, and developing new services.

4.2.5. Targeting of advertising materials.

4.2.6. Carrying out statistical and other research based on anonymised data.

5.1. The confidentiality of the User's personal information is maintained, except where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for general access by an unlimited number of persons.

5.2. The Operator has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

5.2.1. The User has consented to such actions.

5.2.2. The transfer is necessary in order to provide the User with a particular service or to perform a particular agreement or contract with the User.

5.2.3. The transfer is necessary for the functioning and operability of the Site itself.

5.2.4. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.2.5. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties where the User violates the User Agreement, this Policy, or documents containing the terms of use of particular services.

5.2.6. Anonymised statistical data have been obtained as a result of processing the User's personal information by way of anonymisation, and such data are transferred to a third party for research, works or services carried out on the Operator's instructions.

6.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by them or any part of it by contacting the Operator using the contact details specified in section 10 of this Policy.

6.2. The rights provided for in clause 6.1 of this Policy may be restricted in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Such restrictions may include the Operator's obligation to retain information changed or deleted by the User for the period established by law and to transfer such information, in accordance with the procedure established by law, to an authorised state authority of the Russian Federation.

7.1. Cookies transmitted by the Site to the User's equipment and by the User's equipment to the Site may be used by the Site to provide the User with personalised services, for statistical and research purposes, and to improve the Site.

7.2. The User acknowledges that the equipment and software used by them to visit websites on the Internet may have a function that prohibits operations with Cookies (for any websites or for particular websites), as well as the deletion of previously received Cookies.

7.3. The Operator has the right to establish that a particular service may be provided only on condition that the acceptance and receipt of Cookies is permitted by the User.

7.4. The structure of a Cookie, its content and technical parameters are determined by the Site and may be changed without prior notice to the User.

7.5. Counters placed by the Site may be used to analyse the User's Cookies, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Site, and to ensure the operability of the Site as a whole or of its individual functions in particular. The technical parameters of the counters are determined by the Site and may be changed without prior notice to the User.

8.1. The Operator takes the necessary and sufficient organisational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties in relation to it.

9.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. When amendments are made, the date of the latest update is stated in the current version. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is permanently available on the page at: moscow-sun.ru.
