Tickets ordered on the website are paid for using a bank card on the page of the payment system gateway.

Payment can be made using bank cards from the following payment systems:

Your card details are entered on a special secure payment page. The information sent to Uniteller is encrypted using TLS technology. After that, the information is sent via the bank's highly secure closed channels.

Uniteller does not send your card details to the store or other third parties!

If your card supports 3D Secure technology, then in order to make a payment, you will need to pass an additional user verification step at the issuing bank (the bank that issued your card). To do this, you will be directed to a webpage of the bank that issued the card. The type of verification required depends on the bank. Generally speaking, it is an additional password sent via SMS, a card with changing codes, or other methods.

Ticket refund policy

To receive a refund for a Ticket/Additional Services paid for on the Website, the owner of the Ticket/Additional Services must fill out a refund request form (indicating passport details, contact phone numbers, and postal address), print and sign the request, and send a scanned copy of it along with a scanned copy of an identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, a scanned copy of a completed Consent to Personal Data Processing form, and a scanned copy of the Ticket and payment receipt for Additional Services to

The time period for reviewing a refund request is 10 business days. Refunds are made to the same bank card that was used to make payment. Funds are returned to the bank card within 5 to 30 banking days, depending on the bank that issued the card.
